The Cardinal Hatt Saltash

Welcome to the Cardinal's Hatt which is on the site of the old Holland Inn in Saltash. Our superbly refurbished bar, restaurant and patio area are now firmly open for business. The menu features your pub classics and sits along side our cracking Modern British Menu with a hint of true world flavours and served in our restaurant. A legendary Sunday Roast with all the trimmings is served from 12 noon until 7pm. Dogs and wellie boots are welcome in the Bar and Lounge. Food in Saltash We are passionate about fresh, local and seasonal food and our menus change to make the very most of whats available through the seasons. Our restaurant menu offers food for lunch 12:00 - 2:30 and dinner 18:00 - 21:00 all cooked by our skilled team of chefs. Think Creedy Carver Duck Breast with a Port Jus or our Moroccan Lamb Rump! We serve a Traditional Sunday Lunch with all the trimmings from 12 noon until 7pm. Accommodation in Saltash We have comfortable standard and superior rooms available on a Bed and Breakfast basis. Directions

From the north follow the A38 towards Cornwall. Pass over the Tamar Bridge and continue forward signposted Liskeard. Pass through Saltash Tunnel, at at first roundabout take 3rd exit marked Callington A388. Carinals Hatt will be on your right after one mile.
